for the northern area of Region 2 as Rev. Elder Jim Mitulski is called
to pastor New Spirit Community Church in Berekely CA.

Join us Sundays at 11am in July and August as we explore stories from our community, city and world.
You will experience creative worship celebrations, hear voices from our community and celebrate the miracle of this community gathering to bring healng and hope to our community city & world.
Our theme for July and August is Speaking into Silence – this is an opportunity for us to listen to our stories, share our experiences as we dare to re-imagine “church” and community. Bishop John Shelby Spong paints a vision for a radically organic community “as those who have been called out of limits, out of prejudices, out of brokenness, out of self-centeredness. But one cannot be called out of anything without also being called into something. So I also see the ecclesia as a community of people called into life, called into love, called into being, called into wholeness, called into God.” As we are called – let us be Silent no more.
